Web Developer (Back-End Engineer)
TTS is looking for back-end developers interested in high performance web applications. You will work directly with our team of developers and be responsible for designing, implementing and shipping new features as well as improving existing features and back-end infrastructure. You must be capable of building fast, scalable code that accomplishes business goals against an ever changing digital landscape.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
✓ Work as part of the TTS core development team, creating features, and optimizing existing functionality
✓ Full stack development of core products and future products
✓ Work with front and back end software for best UX possible
✓ Brainstorm product ideas, feature ideas, UX, and overall business vision.
✓ Work with other areas of development by testing the latest iOS/Android app builds, desktop builds, etc
✓ 2-3 years of experience with building android apps (UI and UX)

✓ Be able to follow through from inception through design, to detailed completion
✓ Interact with leads, and customers and develop your own hypothesis’ to experiment feature ideas.

Growth Hacker
In this cross-functional role, you’ll be able to learn a lot, and will have exposure to all levels of the organization. Our growth hacker will be part of the product management team, but will work closely with marketing and engineering. If you are a growth hackers, you have the ability to Hypothesize, Test, Analyze, to make calculated decisions based off your Experiments.
Primary Job Responsibilities
✓ Set up, QA and run A/B tests using Optimizely.
✓ Set up, QA and run usability tests, often, but not always, using UserTesting.com or similar site.
✓ Ensure tests get up and running, and willing and able to help product and marketing team interpret results and present them to management without bias
✓ Innate interest in learning about customers behavior through both numbers and qualitative data
✓ Basic understanding of statistics
✓ Decent Excel skills – know how to do pivot tables SQL knowledge a big bonus
✓ Enough HTML/CSS/JS skills to be able to set up Optimizely tests.
✓ Sufficient graphic editing skills to be able to modify graphics to create test variations

This trainer needs to possess both tangible and intangible qualities. You must be entrepreneurial at heart, and have the will to win. TTS Trainers are confident, knowledgeable, and always looking to learn more.
Primary Job Responsibilites:
✓ Work directly with our core team of trainers, and web developers to brainstorm and implement new features.
✓ Have the ability to be creative, and think outside the box.
✓ Not be shy to speak on camera.
✓ Be able to communicate through both written and verbal word.
✓ Stays up to date on training and nutrition methods.
✓ The ability to identify and improve on inefficiencies TTS may have.
✓ Be relatable to both young athletes, as well as coaches, and parents.
✓ You have worked with athletes at the High School, College, or Professional Level.

Do you live, and breathe Strength and Conditioning? If you consider yourself to be passionate about sports performance, this may be for you. You will be mentored by one of the most viewed trainer’s online.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
✓ Work directly with our core team of trainers, and web developers to brainstorm and implement new features.
✓ Manage the TTS Blog, Youtube channel (112k Subscribers), and Instagram page (61k Followers).
✓ Learn our prioprietary SEO strategies and implement them across our networks.
✓ Contribute to our blog.
✓ Help manage customer service support tickets, and chat live functions on our sites.
✓ Setting up and managing email campaigns.
✓ Create content itinerary’s for a smooth content distribution process.
