Some of the questions we’ve received related to these workouts:
Q: How often should I do these ladder drills?
A: Add them to the end of your warm-up on your lower body days. (2-3 times per week)
Q: Should we do all 10 of the drills?
A: You don’t have to, but we would suggest at least 5 of them each time you do them.
Q: What if I don’t have a ladder?
A: Use chalk or tape and create your own ðŸ™‚
Q: Will these help my vertical jump?
A: EVERYTHING I teach you will help your vertical jump ðŸ™‚ (but really, yes!)
